🛒 Cancel & Refund Policy – Sabji Wala Kanpur
📞 Order Cancellation
- Customers can cancel their order by calling or sending a WhatsApp message at least 1 hour before delivery time.
- Cancellations after dispatch may not be eligible for a refund, since fresh sabji can't be taken back once it's out for delivery.
🥦 Refunds for Quality Issues
- If you receive any spoiled, damaged, or missing item, send us a photo and message within 2 hours of receiving the delivery.
- We'll happily offer:
- A credit note for future orders
- Or a refund via UPI or bank transfer within 2–3 working days
đźš« Non-Refundable Items
- Fresh sabji and fruits once accepted are not eligible for return unless they are genuinely damaged or incorrect.
- Frozen items need to be stored immediately—claims about spoilage will be reviewed case-by-case.
đźšš Delivery Charges
- Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the full order was cancelled before it left for delivery.
⏳ Refund Timing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days depending on the mode of payment.
