Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Sabji Wala Kanpur, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to ensure every order reaches you fresh and on time. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to cancel an order or request a refund. Here's how we handle such situations:
Order Cancellation
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse by calling or messaging our customer support.
- After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. If you still wish to refuse delivery, please inform us—but note that refunds may not be issued for perishable items rejected without valid reasons.
Refund Policy
- Damaged or Spoiled Items: If any product you receive is damaged or not fresh, please inform us within 2 hours of delivery with a clear photo. We will issue a full or partial refund, or arrange for a replacement.
- Missing Items: If any item is missing from your order, notify us within 2 hours, and we will either refund you the amount or deliver the missing product at the earliest.
- Mode of Refund: Approved refunds will be processed to your original mode of payment within 3–5 business days.
Exceptions
- Refunds will not be issued for complaints made after the stated window unless there are exceptional circumstances.
- Items marked as non-refundable during purchase are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
